At Hanom, every piece is a labour of love—specially handcrafted and made to order. Because of this bespoke process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, fit, or personal preference, and we encourage you to review product details carefully before making your selection.

In the rare event that your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of delivery, sharing clear images or videos so our team can assist you. Once reviewed, we will guide you on whether the piece qualifies for repair, replacement, or exchange.

Please note that slight variations in colour, embellishment, or design are natural outcomes of hand embroidery and artisanal craftsmanship, and are part of the beauty of owning a handcrafted piece. While refunds on cancellations are not available, the value of your order can always be redeemed against another creation of your choice.
