Since all our products are Made To Order, the dispatch time may vary depending on the item. Typically, we require 5-7 working days to process and ship your order.
Do you ship items globally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. For international orders, shipping charges and any applicable customs duty will be borne by the customer.
Can I order with COD (Cash on Delivery)?
No, currently cash on delivery is not available.
Is there an Express Delivery option (shipping within 24–48 hours)?

Do you offer customization?
Yes, customization is available in terms of colors or if you’d like to create a matching set (such as a neckpiece, haathphool, or maang tikka).

Is there a return, exchange, or refund for a product?
We follow a No Return / No Exchange policy, as all our jewellery pieces are Made To Order. We strongly advise you to carefully review your requirements before placing an order.
Can I cancel my order?
Hanom does not offer refunds on cancellations. However, the transferred amount can be redeemed against another jewellery piece of your choice.
